Issue – I just bought a subscription but website still says I need to buy a subscription.
If this happens just after buying or a subscription: Log out of both Shavepage and the Subscription website, then log back in to Shavepage.com to reset your member status.
Still a problem? Reset your password.

Issue – I can not see any video content.
Shavepage.com uses HTML5 Video as our primary video distribution format. Users that can not play HTML5 will need to upgrade their browser tho the newest version.
